MiniRivals Help

About MiniRivals

MiniRivals is a 3-player bridge card-play game. There are no fixed partnerships — the declarer always plays against the other two players. The dealer is always the declarer, and the dealer rotates after each deal. Scoring is individual. Players are identified by colours (Red, Green, Blue) rather than compass directions.

+Zoom — resize the display (lock with padlock)

4-colour cards — ♠ black, red, blue, green

Zoom and orientation changes auto-revert after 10 seconds unless locked.

Scoring

MiniRivals uses simplified individual scoring:

  • Contract made: 300 points to declarer
  • Each overtrick: +30 to declarer
  • Each undertrick: +50 to each defender

Since there are no fixed partnerships, every player accumulates their own score across the session.

Difficulty

Each player selects their own difficulty in the lobby before joining:

Easy Med Hard

Higher difficulty means harder contracts (more tricks needed). Players can choose different levels, creating a handicap system — experienced players on Hard, newcomers on Easy.

Game Setup

One player creates a table and shares the room code. Others join using the code. The creator (admin) controls dealing and can close the table. Three players are needed to start.
